Linux Readiness Assment: Our consultants will work with you to assess if your organization is ready to transition to Linux and open source office applications in terms of:
  • Features required
  • Budget (hardware and software savings less training costs)
  • Training
  • Hardware (can often use older hardware longer)
  • Increased security
Consulting Services: White Rabbit Systems will work with you to determine your system needs based upon your current business requirements and long term business needs. We offer business and information system alignment services for companies that feel they are not seeing the business benefit of their current systems. If Linux or open source is not practical for you business at this time or you would incur significant risk we will tell you as early in the process as we can. Through our partnership with Traverse Bay Computers, we are able to offer a wider variety of systems solutions. The initial consultation is free. If we feel we cannot provide significant value there will be no charge for our services. If we mutually agree that we can provide benefit, we will work together to define the project.

Transition Planning: A consultant from White Rabbit Systems will develop a project plan to transition from your current environment to the open source technologies supported by White Rabbit Systems. A transition plan describes the current environment, the "to-be" environment, and the steps needed to get to the new environment.

System Design: A White Rabbit Systems consultant will design systems or a network of systems meeting your company's business needs. This design may be provided to your in-house staff to execute, or we can help you implement the systems.

Deployment: A systems technologist will configure and test your systems before deployment. A deployment strategy will minimize business down-time or risk during this critical phase.

Support: Telephone, email, web, remote, and onsite support, as required, will be provided by qualified staff.
